I think my dirty mind might be getting out of hand
From the Wikipedia page for Ainu throat singing:
"The Ainu method involved two women facing each other, with one forming a tube with her hands and chanting into the oral cavity of her partner. The technique is essentially one where the "giver" provides the voice and the "receiver", holding her glottis closed, uses her vocal tract to modulate the sound stream."
Uh huh.

Here's something you can try at home:
First, sing a note to yourself. Then, press the tip of your tongue toward the back of your mouth, so that your tongue has a sort of L-shape going. Now, sing that note again, but this time, move the back part of your tongue up and down a bit. You'll be singing two notes at once.

I can actually do two notes at once, but it's VERY hard to control them. It involves humming a high note and producing a low note from the back of the throat.
