EDIT: Edited the topic name and post because of fear of site links because they're kinda ROM-related.
There's plenty of sites like this that apparently have the notion that making the roms playable only on their browsers makes them more legal, especially if they have the original copies. However, I dunno if this automatically makes them legal. Of course, I don't think they'll be targeted by the law anytime soon, if at all. Besides, browser emulators for SNES are pretty lame, with lack of Mode 7 support, for example.
