    Too much wank, not enough analysis, very little actual criticism. Nonsensical mashups and fanfics, "Is my villain a CM? HE WEARS THE SKIN OF TEEN MOTHERS" threads, Mary Sue tests taken seriously, people using tropes in lieu of actual description.

    On an even pettier note, I've only found one poster whose writing sounds natural enough to be enjoyable.

    Too much of it is "I am making a manga/anime" based, and most of the ideas they are using sound similar, with the magical girl "deconstructions" and the mech, eldritch horror shoehorning and RapeIsTheNewDeadParents shovels.
