My dad has no sense of time

Has friends besides tanks now
So my dad's supposed to bring me to work today, which starts at six. I have to get to the community center a little beforehand so I can change, and it's five-ish minutes to get there, so 5:40-5:50 would be a reasonable time to pick me up.

My dad arrived to pick me up three minutes ago. Since he has things to do T his house anyway, and I have things I could be doing, I told him to come back in twenty minutes. But seriously, how does "get him there before six" translate to "pick him up twenty after five"?

  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
Well, he gets you there before six, yes?
  • That is weird.

Most people I know seem dead set on being late.
  • OOOooooOoOoOOoo, I'm a ghoOooOooOOOost!
I tend to arrive places more than forty minutes early because I always worry about lateness.
  • You can change. You can.
I used to do that. Then I started to overcompensate on the other direction.

I can't seem to get it right.

My dad has great sense of time usually

Unfortunately, however, it doesn't translate well to picking me up after classes

...In fact, unless it is something like me having work, we arrive late. But as soon as it is classes or work, then at most a minute or two late, usually me being right on time, with me being properly late practically unheard of

Where the hell he got that uncanny ability...
