I hate Rei Ayanami

MORONS! I'VE GOT MORONS ON MY PAYROLL!
But I've liked Reis in other animus.

Does this make me a hypocrite?

Pointless linking aside, I'm lukewarm on Rei, but her fans irritate me.

I liked Rei, but I have never liked a Rei clone in another series.

    So... I'm anti-Malkavian?

  • What exactly is a Rei-Clone?

    An Emotionless Girl?
  • That's kind of like saying you prefer this:

^^Not emotionless, but having the appearance of such.

    Pretty much.

    Bluh, ninja'd.

Come to think of it the two prime examples I'm thinking of -Mai and Yuki- come from comedy shows so that might have something to do with it.
  • Creature - Florida Dragon Turtle Human
I recognize that Rei Ayanami is important to the story, but I don't particularly like her has a character, and I don't see what's so appealing about her.
  • Rei is moe~<3 :3

Actually... not really.  Asuka is way more moe than Rei, I think.  Rei's still kinda cute though, at least in the earlier parts of the series.

^Excuse me if I'm mistaken, but doesn't "moe" essentially mean frail and in need of defending?
  • Creature - Florida Dragon Turtle Human
I thought "moë" referred to a particular huge-eyed highly neotenous artistic style.
  • No, moe describes a reaction from the audience. The term seems to have taken other connotations within the anime fandom, but it has been derailed to the point of uselessness.

In unrelated news, I thought DYRE had left.

I had.  I originally intended it to be permanent, but I guess my willpower isn't very strong.  I'll probably be leaving again though eventually, but who knows?

    Has friends besides tanks now
    It's that boring around here?

Well, at this point it's basically a glorified hangout spot for like a couple dozen people, but ah whatever.
