If you want to create a sockpuppet...
Send a mod (or the mods as a whole) a PM identifying the sockpuppet or say who you are int the "reason for joining" field. We've been lax about enforcing this rule, admittedly, but we've got two sockpuppet applications right now and not the slightest clue who either one is.
