It seems overused to me.

But what really bothers me is I don't know if it's actually overused, or if I'm way off base.

(I liked Apple Garamond better anyway, even if it does remind me of the "Think Different"-era branding.)

Also seeing it used alongside Impact and Arial in the Valu King branding makes it seem sorta generic by association.

(I know, I know, I go on and on about Valu King...)

And it's Giant Eagle, so it's not like they couldn't afford to put a little more money/effort into it.

(I can only hope that if/when they decide to expand beyond the handful of stores they have now, they'll do a decent rebrand)
