  • Till shade is gone, till water is gone, into the Shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath, to spit in Sightblinder’s eye on the last Day.
    :(
  • You can change. You can.
Honestly, I'm pretty much in a similar pinch, except that I actually kinda like discussions here sometimes. When they don't go into stupidity territory.
  • Till shade is gone, till water is gone, into the Shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath, to spit in Sightblinder’s eye on the last Day.
Especially lately, I like this place more often than I don't.
  • You can change. You can.
the worst part is that I tend to contribute to say stupidity and then just look on it and kinda feel awful.

Honestly, I've seriously considered asking a mod to ban me at some point so I stopped it, but I don't really see the point.

As for staying on TvT...it's well, cause I'm an addicted bitch.
  • Woki mit deim Popo.
Truth be told, I'm kind of obsessive about keeping my RL identity and my OL identity separate, mainly because LOL trust issues.
You have to admit you goofed at times about your RL info.

I understand about hiding your identity, I've been doing that for about a decade.
  • Mass Effect 3 thread is going to shit, and it's my main reason for staying on the main fora, aside from easy communication with two people.

I blame Octo for the deterioration in quality.
  • You can change. You can.
I blame Medicus. then again, I blame Medicus for everything, so.
  • I didn't realise Medicus was in any threads outside of ME, Assassin's Creed and Red vs Blue.
  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
It's kind of both their fault. They keep doing the same inane crap all the time.

Just check his post history, Legionnaire.
  • You can change. You can.
Actually, I kinda enjoy his presence in the doctor who thread. But that's because he doesn't engage in the same bullshit about speculative scenarios and shit.
  • ^^ I see it all happen.

    Every damn time.

I personally consider Octo the main problem, but that doesn't mean I'm blind to Medicus' involvement in things. For a time, I was actually able to get him to stop arguing with him all the damn time, and the thread's post count stopped rising at such a large rate. Didn't last, but it proved what I had thought. I'm considering going to a mod and pitching the idea of locking the thread until it we have more news to work with, since the amount of shitposting is starting to rise a bit.
  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
That's a good idea. You should do it.
  • You can change. You can.
    DO IT, FAGGOT

DO IT AND EARN YOUR STAY

DO IT AND DO ME PROUD, MY SON
  • If I can get the motivation to try and screw over all of the guys in the thread that don't periodically argue over the games/things in them.
  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
Unfortunately, though, those guys are already being screwed over by all the arguments drowning out most other discussion.
  • In-between said arguments though, they can actually get some decent discussion going.

And I don't want the thread being locked before I get to writing a New Vegas/Mass Effect crossover D:
  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
And how often does that happen/how long does it go for, eh?
  • Less arguments, as of late. They seem to be shorter as well; the thread was built on five-page minimum quarrels, now they're often resolved after two or so.

I guess people are just fed up with arguing.
  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
You could always just ask a mod to step in and tell them to cut the bullshit.
  • Not a bad idea; it worked with the Kingdom Hearts thread. Somewhat.

Though I still maintain that thread can never be saved until Vanitas' taint is cleansed.
  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
    Very probably not.

    Try it anyway though.
  • If we end up in another debate that goes for more than two pages, I'll send a mod a PM. Morven, perhaps.
  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
    You just Holler.
  • You can change. You can.
I recommend not hollering these days and instead PMing a mod who's actually aware of the case.

As Morven was the one who dealt with the stitch the last time, I'd call him.
  • Given that I'm not really familiar with the mods on the Fora, how correct would I be in assuming that most of them don't do jack?

Maybe it's just me then, but only Morven and Bobby G ever respond to my Hollers.

    ^ Very.
  • You can change. You can.
It's a case by case basis. Depends on the subforum and stuff. I just do it because I like discussing the situation throughly before the actual mod action. That way you know what you're getting with your report and you get to understand exactly what's gonna happen, rather than hollering and waiting for whatever mod action is gonna come.
  • So a direct PM may be better, then.
  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
Generally, though, Bobby G is best, and Morven is damned good.

I try not to go to Madrugada. Fighteer is OK, but not exactly the best mod. I rarely ever see Ironeye or Meta Four do any mod work, and I never see Tangent or Eddie do any.
