I woke up this morning and found it squished on the road, probably from being ran over...I remembered then, all of the fond memories I had together with it, watching it grow up and mew and stuff...
sucks to be you, cat.
I was thinking of buying a new one now, what breed do you think I should get? Should I get a kitten or adopt-a-cat?
Comments
Fortunately, all of my pets have died of age, so I guess I should be thankful.
And I'd go for adoption
Anyway,condolences
I've always liked the dark topside, white bottomside kinds. (Don't know cat breed names)
Poor kitty! You should probably adopt a cat though. There are so many homeless cats in the world... and yet, feral cats are better than feral dogs.
All three of my cats are ones my wife and I found. Nox, a short-haired manx, was found in a gutter when he was about 8 weeks out. Silk, a long-haired tabby, and Velvet, a short-haired tabby, were kittens of a feral cat that belonged to a German shepard in my wife's parents neighborhood. They decided they wanted to become our pets and so here we are.
Poor kitty paws....
Are you sure you're ready for a new one so soon? :< Not trying to say you aren't I mean I'm just asking to be sure but I'm sure you've already thought about it and that it probably wasn't necessary for me to ask asdfghjkl-
*huggle* If you can, adopt a kitty that needs a home. <3
So count your cat lucky in that the death was very likely to be quick
I'd also say adopt one
Edit: Sorry but I'm finding it hard to keep a straight face after reading, "suck to be you, cat."
As for a new cat, I recommend going to the ASPCA or a similar rescue area. Plenty of nice cats looking for homes.
And not to sound insensitive, but you don't sound like you miss him/her very much.
