Holy shit man, it's just a game. I lost a bunch of times, and do I flip my shit? No. Your personal worth is not being decided based on how good you are at Mario Party. Acting like an ass makes people like you less than if you gracefully lost every time. I put up with your bullshit need to never lose ever when it's just us playing COD together. I put up with the fact that you show me no mercy at all even though I never use controlpads for shooters, don't know what are/aren't good weapons, and generally have a bad handle on the controls/forget which button is which. I put up with the way you endlessly snipe me from half the map away, and then proceed to kill me 25 times in 30 seconds using an attack helicopter. I put with how you start pushing my arms and grab the controller from my hand when I manage to get one or, god forbid, two errant kills in the whole match. I put up with way you obviously enjoy completely destroying me in this, knowing I have absolutely no way to fight back. I do this because I am an extremely passive person.
But when all of us are together and you insist on throwing the controller when we gang up on you because you insist on playing Meta Knight as if this were a tournament, I'm siding with everyone else, and I doubt you'll be back.
Sometimes we're playing not to win, but to have fun.

There was once a time where playing YuGiOh, and one of the best players (who was also my friend) was teaching me how to build a Lightsworn deck. I didn't have the money for a good one, and I lacked all the essential cards except for my win condition (Judgment Dragon), and when I finally beat him after a tough back and forth match, he went into a dicktangled rage where he smashed the table and was cussing me out for playing a "shitty lucksack autistic deck" and having no strategy or skill, and receded to quit the tournament after I won my first match against him.
