I never do this, because it makes stuff so much harder to click.
Fact: Moving the mouse is almost always much slower than using keyboard. So if I have to use my mouse to click a window, I might as well click once rather than clicking then clicking again to select one item out of the pop-out menu.
Also, doesn't do as good of a job at showing me what I have open.
