Listening to old songs you found a long time ago with better headphones.
There were a handful of songs I dismissed as terrible a long time ago because they sounded horrible. Little did I know it was just my crappy 5 bux earphones that made them sound scratchy and bad. Take Naglfar for example.
I didn't know how amazingly dramatic this song was because I only heard the vocals, and half of the guitar noises were muffled out and scrambled together.
Or this song, where I didn't even hear the vocals correctly and the girl singing sounded like a very stringy-voiced teenager, and the instruments in the back were muted.
And then this one was a gorgeous piece that was ruined by being in such low quality and made me think there was whispering vocals instead of actual singing....

I'm terrible with my headphones. :l
The best headphones I ever had were about the size of Oreos and
wrapped around your ears with little clips, but they had some amazing
bass on them.
