"Gas geben" or: Nazis who like puns
So, there are elections in Berlin, happens once in a while, and many, many, many, many, many election posters stain the city in the attempt to pull voters on the side of their respective party. One of these parties is the NPD, who has this poster, among others:
While "Gas" generally has the same meaning as the English "gas", "Gas geben" just means something like "drive on", so everything's perfectly innocent, right?
Not if you consider that the NPD is basically a bunch of nazis and the party itself pretty much a successor of the NSDAP.
