Characters getting their panties in a bunch about the full moon bosses in Persona 3
I've had regular battles in the dungeons harder than those bosses, and yet characters endless go on and on about how I need to prepare my fragile ass for the ravaging it will receive at the hands of the full moon bosses.
On the flip side, they neglected to inform me that the tower guardian bosses are serious motherfuckers. The full moon bosses generally boil down to just hammering them and very occasionally healing my dudes. I don't think I've ever been put in danger by them, and I've never had to grind to keep up with them. I do grind in order to take the tower guardian bosses. They leave me biting my nails in terror, and I usually escape by the end with at least one dude almost out of mana/spirit/what have you. Why doesn't anyone warn me about them?
This may have something to do with Persona 3 being something like the 3rd JRPG I've ever played, along with final fantasy and the age of 8 and earthbound more recently.
