I told you, I'm bad with numbers. But seriously, I'm not sure. I'm making some of this up. Genocidal Drunk Driving could only really happen if the drunk stopped for gas and more booze a lot and avoided the police the whole time. It would take months. They would probably have to live off fast food the whole time too.
