I'm amazed that TvTropes don't have a trope for when a work has cast that is all completely insane. I mean "insane" in the comical way--not the Ax Crazy way. As in, a cast full of Cloud Cuckoo Landers. I swear TvTropes had a Cast Full Of Crazy trope...

Still, if the entire work is set in a Cloudcuckooland, then that's exactly the same as the trope Chagen is looking for.

So... what Chagen is looking for is just Cloudcuckooland only slightly more specific, which is probably why there isn't a trope for it.
