There is no way for people to communicate their thoughts directly
I can do my best to describe a scene in my head, or I can learn to draw, but there's still no way to communicate exactly the picture in my head, including every detail that is there but excluding every detail that I didn't think of.
Similarly with music, with actions, with emotions, etc..
