    It looks a bit faster than Brawl, but yeah this is pretty much a regular tournament level match.

    ^^ Ridiculously huge amount of randomness (unless you disable items and most stages), which isn't suitable for competitive play, mostly.

    Also that it's marketed as a more casual fighting game.

    This either comes from butthurt melee players for changing stuff. Or fans of "traditional" fighting games who are pissed that QCF+P doesn't do anything.

    The latter even warped the definition of a fighting game to exclude brawl.
