    Large enough to damage numerous buildings.

    I'm not sure they've confirmed it was a bomb. With luck they might soon have security camera footage, as it was in an area where you'd think there would be cameras.

    Though I dunno where he got the gun or the materials for the bomb, and I'd have to be much more familiar with laws regarding those in Norway to determine if that was indicative of a group.

The second attack occurred about two hours later at a youth camp organized by the youth organization (AUF) of the Norwegian Labour Party (AP) at the island of Utøya in Tyrifjorden,Buskerud. At least one armed gunman disguised as a policeman opened fire at the campers, disassembling at least 85 attendees.[6][7][8]
