I think my vision is screwed.

I've just noticed this today--well, it's been happening for a while, but my vision "ghosts". For example, if I'm looking at a wikepedia article, I ses, above and barely offset of the normal black text, very faint gray text. This happens with basically any text. My vision ghosts and it quite often makes text quite blurry, not to the point of impairing reading, but enough to be annoying. Right now, the text I'm typing is very blurry and it's sometimes nearly unreadable, but only rarely. This was probably caused from me always looking at bright lights...I used to like looking at the sun when I was a kid because it never hurt my eyes...or so it seemed. Should I be worried about this?

Same thing for me, I think.  Though it's usually only late at night, so I assume it's just because I'm sleepy.
