Y'know... cos being negative is essentially forbidden on the Internet.
Has been for years.
Anyone so much as admits to being down for any lesser reason than they and their family being raped and tortured, and suddenly they become the target of an abuse avalanche.
I'm just curious as to why it is so.
Are folks so crippled by their empathy that any emotion near them is highly infectious... and being negative is thus considered tantamount to deliberately spreading AIDS?
It can't just be that the anonymity kills the potential for sympathy, else it wouldn't make folks so hostile... right?
I don't get it though. I've mocked people for taking things too seriously, but somehow it just doesn't seem reasonable to mock 'em nor rage at 'em for things not being right in their world... for not being happy. For one thing it'd be horribly hypocritical of me.
Just one of many MANY things that bothers me because I'm a very bothered person and I'm not permitted to do anything reasonable about it lest it take up extra space on someone else's screen.
I also suspect I'm not allowed to ask this question.
Or at least not without becoming the target of everything I've described. I know the routine.

You can be negative, but that doesn't mean people have to like it.
I wanna know what compells you to do that.
I want to investigate it so I can figure out how to circumnavigate it.
