    I assume that's only if the people are citizens of a country where that would already be legal.

    Unless "traveling citizens" means US citizens in other countries?  But that would make no sense.

    That's because age of consent in Canada is 16 for females, 18 for males.  It doesn't really have anything to do with whether they're heterosexual or homosexual.

    Age of consent laws have always been real wonky to me, due to its attempting to put emotional maturity towards sex at a set number... and it doesn't always work like that.

    Also, I don't find someone 16-17 attractive is creepy. How you act on it... now that's a different story.
