I want to upload a video of a favorite scene of mine from a copyrighted work but I need to deo it under the radar what's the best place to do this? I just want to be able to show the scene to my friends because I think it may convince them to buy the product and it's a damn good scene. Question is how to get it under the radar of the BBC.

not sure if i'll get used to the interface i was never good with language so I'm unsure. Wait doesn't YouTube already have a Russian option?

Try using IRC and uploading the video so they could watch it quickly before it being yanked away.

It's pretty easy, just look at the URL which button goes to, it should be named register.html or upload or whatever
