One 7-minute video and you're nearly out of battery power? Damn, who made this crappy thing? The videos are nice, tho'.

    My camera had that problem too, but then I sent it to the manufacturer and they fixed it. Do some research on tech support forums and see if that's normal.

    Is it rechargable?

    My camera used to die after 2 minutes until I started using lithium batteries.

    I have a digital camera that uses two AAs and it tells me it's low on battery after like five photos.

    But oddly, once it says it's low on battery I can go for like another week without having to charge them.

    Like I said before, use lithium AA batteries. They cost a bit more, but it'll boost the battery life to a couple of hours.

    ^^ Yeah, I can keep those batteries going by switching them, taking them out and putting them back in, giving them downtime, and such, for a while.
