So I'm in the middle of "Stranger in a Strange Land" by Robert A. Heinlein (author of Starship Troopers). It was published in the 1960s, pre-Free Love Movement. This books is all about Free Love and as an monogamous person, it's not my way but I'm not against a person's sexuality. That's not the problem I have with this book. My problem with it is that it is preaching polyamory at me. Also says that whenever a woman is raped that it's partially her fault. Writers sure can be full of themselves.

    Standard Heinlein stuff really. You should read some of the later Lazarus Long books.

    That's what I hear. I can't complain about the treatment of women in this book. Product of the times and such. Besides, this was considered progressive even then.
