Conclusion: in anime set in modern Japan exists a world where the Tokyo area is not overpopulated.
In fact this mostly reminds me of Arato's house in BEATLESS (which his super-rich dad pays for).
Actually now I can't remember if Sister Nana and Weiss Winterprison from MahouIku are still college students when the anime takes place because their place was huge (and Weiss could afford to pay Magicaloid for those weird Doraemon things on top of that).
Or used to be.
Sato in Happy Sugar Life lives in a suspiciously roomy apartment but I'm pretty sure she murdered people for it.
