That said, Eligor is still boring.
This achievement would only be fun with Blackmore.
...by the way, has anyone else noticed that Blackmore's shadow looks like an LCD display?
*listens to Lament to the Master to get this out of his head*
Well, unless you want to get the boss medals, or do the optional super-hard extra dungeons. Which are actually not all that hard, especially once you get the Volaticus glyph for the Large Cavern.
By the way if you're going for random drops to fill up your bestiary, wait until the end of the game, when you can get speed-running and luck-increasing glyphs as well as the ribbon, sequined dress, and fortune and thief rings.
If you are getting the boss medals, here are some tips (spoilered):
* Arthroverta and Giant Skeleton: The magnes orbs are there for a reason.
* Gravedorcus: likes jumping over you.
* human bosses: you can walk through them. Also, remember that you can kick downwards and even bounce off a valid target (such as a candle or an enemy).
* Eligor: Carefully learn and master the pattern when you're on top of it.
* Death: Fidelis Medusa is thankfully a very common glyph.
* Dracula: Don't double-jump over him.
* Rusalka: Her traveling wave can travel but remembers only where you were. Also, you can attack her from beneath the moai heads, even when you can't see her due to foreground obstruction. But just be careful not to break them.
