    I remember the rom for Botkai 3 being hacked so that you could set the level of sunlight. Pity it crashed after a not very advanced level.

    But you never had any to begin with.
    ^ Same applies to the 2nd game.

    Fun thing to try: Playing Boktai in the winter.

    Also keep in mind, the second game was released in the winter.

    EDIT: Nevermind, my memory failed me.  It was in October.  Still not the best timing.
