I have to say, the future sure is disappointing. Why am I still burdened with being carried around in a chunk of meat?

Artificial limbs do exist. There have been at least one or two people with them.

I know. There's been at least one person as far as I'm aware with a fully functional hand that was controlled through the nervous system.
