    That's more poking fun. You'd think he'd avoid outright calling Lady Gaga a pseudo-plagiarist (notice that the second time Madonna appears in the video, she sings "Express yourself!").

    Only because her manager decided to reject Weird Al's rights without asking Lady Gaga herself. She eventually found out and game him permission, which I suppose shows that she has some sense of humor.
