Technically, avatars have a max of 2MB with no limit in size that it actually tells you about, and you have the ability to crop it after you upload it...

So, I mean, I guess you could upload a huge avatar that contains a bunch of 40x40 avatars in it, and just crop that big picture whenever you want a different avatar, and then pretend your big picture is a gallery.

Or something.

Speaking of the FLG, I think that thread - not the people there, the thread itself - has some sort of grudge against me. Every time I try to start posting there, either it's deserted or I suddenly have to leave my computer.

I actually kind of like these games, because unlike the various RP style «ITT:» threads (which shouldn't even be in FG, but everyone throws a hissy fit whenever we move one), you can just hop in any time. They're pretty inane, but they're harmless fun.

If I were prepared to devote more time to FG I'd probably play one of the «cool» games like Tree of Possibilities or whatever it's called, but as it is I don't feel like hanging around in FG long enough to archive binge threads there.
