My mother is like the U.N.
Her proposals do nothing and the only other thing she does is tell you to ignore the problem.
To elaborate on this situation: My sister has a habit of exacerbating already bad situations, typically through stupid comments that she makes at me. Normally, these wouldn't be too bad, however...When someone is going through a mental breakdown, the last thing ANYONE needs to tell them is that they're a drama queen who's just trying to drum up attention by being weird.
I am apparently immature for getting upset about this, and because I'm older than her, I need to learn to ignore it like a mature adult would.
May I ask, if you're having an insane moment, is it immature to get upset over someone saying that you're faking it for attention?

Still, it's incredibly annoying to have her pull shit like that and then not even get reprimanded for it. Especially if all she does after is brag to me about how she got away with it.

No, I'd say. That said, I'd probably need more context.
Ah.
I'm not really sure how I'd put it...I mentioned in an earlier thread that I have emotional and mental issues. One of the issues I have is that I break down very easily when I'm yelled at and essentially become a gibbering, angry mess, reduced to grunting and slamming my hands on my desk until I can snap out of it.
Courtney likes to exacerbate this situation by making her comments after my father forces my door open.
