I am Dr. Ned who is totally not Dr. Zed in disguise.
My sleeping pattern is awful, usually I can only sleep at around 6-7am despite going to bed at around midnight.
So tonight I am gonna stay up all night and day and then try to get normal sleeping again.
4:38 am and counting.
