Second-person writing is really only reserved for manuals and Choose Your Own Adventure books. 

Fourth-person no existy.

You really can't apply second-person to video games in any meaningful way other than in interactive fiction and the like.  It works in writing sometimes, but there isn't any real way to apply the concept to a camera.  At least not in any way that would make the game actually playable.

It could be like, Punch-Out or something like that where the game is all one-on-one fights, and you see it from the perspective of the enemy as a kind of camera screw. Would get old fast, but it would probably be playable.

It's not unheard of for there to be the occasional second-person gameplay bit in random games.  Xigbar says hi.

I don't think you can make a second-person game that isn't gimmicky, since the view would be a pretty big gimmick.

But there are a lot of scenes in games where you see yourself running away from a monster.behind the camera.
