Finland is more Uralic. At least the language is. And I assumed that it wouldn't be a loanword, the concept of rainbows is old.

And they do have dubs in some Slavic countries. I've heard that Russian dub for Haruhi Suzimiya (the character) has a better voice than the Japanese or English one.

@Chagen: Pretty much everyone in Finland speaks English, from what I understand.

I like the Russian dub version of "Hare Hare Yukai", though I also liked the Japanese version. I think Russian is quite a pretty language, and I enjoyed its inclusion in Durarara!!
