It's downright eerie to see a series of posts dedicated to Me Too posts dogpiling on someone's target of hatred. Even more so when the original poster is saying something about it that is easily disproved.

For those expecting George Orwell, I named this phenomenon Two Minutes Hate because the mindless bashing reminds me of 1984.

    Meh, I don't think the comparison really holds: The Two Minutes Hate was meant to redirect the frustration the citizens for the Party at the Party's enemies, whereas this is just raging for empty amusement.

    Given everything else that gets rape fantasies, sure, why not. Or rather, they don't deserve to not get rape fantasies from some people, or rape threats, or whatever, given everything else that does.
