    yeah, once I figured out to do that it was pretty easy, but before that the thing where he rises into the air and and blasts around everywhere destroyed me.

    Same here. I used the glide to avoid Sephiroth (For the most part) as well.

    Well, actually, I don't remember the fight at all, but I do remember getting really annoyed by that cutscene...

    But whoever was editing the TV Tropes page for it all those years ago wouldn't believe me, so a tiny edit fight was had.

    I didn't even really try to beat Sephiroth or the Ice Titan. he always killed me within 3 seconds of the fight starting. I was just a little too eager.

    I also never got Curaga.
