Dagnabbit, Americans. I wouldn't mind it so much that you use a different measuring system from the rest of the world if I wasn't constantly inundated by your media. My intuition gravitates towards kilometres, so I get slightly confused when I see miles. I mean, 88 seems like a slow highway in kilometres.
