People mistakenly thinking I'm mad when I'm not

It's really annoying. I don't know what e-signals I'm giving off that give people this impression.

Please don't make this a shitpost thread, I genuinely have a problem here.

  • I think it is because when you do get mad, you're a bit passive aggressive. So when you're just snarking, it has the same impression.

When people saying "u mad", they don't think you're mad, they're simply trying to discredit what you say through meaningless platitudes.
  • Yeah, what AHR said, it's because you are excessively passive-aggressive.

^^Replase "diskredit what you say" with "poke fun at your posting habits", and you're right on the money.

    "meaningless platitudes."

Honestly, I'm not entirely convinced anyone ever REALLY gets angry at anything online, but some folks seem convinced that they're the only one in the world just sitting there with a bored look on their face while they type away in caps punctuated with "lol" or extra exclamation marks.
