I feel weird

I'm feeling things, both good things and bad things. I'm not feeling like myself, yet I feel fundamentally more "me" than I've ever felt in my life. I don't know whether to be delighted or terrified, yet I'm neither. Everything is unreal, like a dream, only I'm living it. Nothing can touch me, and all I feel is the coffee sliding down my throat as my toes tingle.
