Granted, I think this is kind of awkward to watch, but I think it kind of works in a dweeby kind of way.
Also, I hear that Marconi is actually referencing Guglielmo Marconi, the person credited with creating what became the radio. As for playing the mamba, I think it has something to do with taming a snake or something. I am not really sure.
