I cannot comprehend why people focus so much on the "getting together" part, let alone expect the relationship to automatically last. It's a hard life to be true lovers together, so it's not like that lacks drama.

    ^^^I don't think anyone really thinks of it in terms of how long the relationship would last or anything like that. It's more "X is cute, Y is cute, I like both X and Y, it'd be cool if X and Y hooked up".

    I was originally going to facetiously say something to the effect of "U DON UNDERSTAND!", "HEEEEEY!      :<", etc., since I enjoy shipping myself, but Juan pretty much summed it up. Sometimes it just gives you that fluffy feeling inside, knowing that they might be happy that way, and it provides fantasy material.

    I'm a casual shipper. When I watch a show, I usually have one or two couples that I like the idea of, but I'm not going to go on a forum and throw a bitch-fit if they never happen.
