It's a very shitty service that is required to use ebay. Right now I need to verify ANOTHER bank account because the dummy one I have right now cannot be accessed by paypal because it doesn't have the funds needed, which I am not going to use in any transactions since I use Giftcards online, even though it was perfectly fine last time.
Yeah, and it's Saturday so no banks are open, which means I have to wait 2 days before I can open up an account to get Paypal to stop saying "hurr durr your limit has been reached" even though I am just using eBay gift cards to buy shit anyway.

And although Chaos Goddess sucks I wouldn't mind having this thing either?
Despite the horror stories, Paypal is safe. I've used it for five years without an issue. Just keep in mind to only keep low amounts in there unless you're making an expensive purchase.
