    It's a certain onomatopoeia that indicates a heart attack. It was a meme all by itself before it's current usage. The way it came to be associated with arousal is because in the visual novel Katawa Shoujo, the main character has heart problems that act up if he gets too excited, and then somebody did these images of the game's females being moe and, well, yeah...
