Fast Eddie decided he didn't like me, and within 6 hours of him telling me to stop being a dick I was banned. (IIRC. I made my threads about those events minutes afterwards I found out about them, so they might be more objective)

I've never bothered ban evading because for one thing, everyone I want tot alk to are already here, and I imagine I would be spotted.

How distinct is my writing style, anyway?

It would probably be better to appeal through someone else than to ban evade.  Eddie might not look too well upon that.
