Getting the last post pretty much happens to me all the time on the Drowtales forum, so my posts there generally go ignored unless (1) I pay attention to the resident attention whore, and get thanked because 95% of people just ignore them completely, or (2) I started the thread.  :P

Depending on the thread, I sometimes doublepost if I know I'm gonna the last post on a page. The first post usually just says "post".

Though admittedly, I tend to lose track on this board, as the posts aren't individually numbered.
