You should play HSX:HyperSonic Xtreme, Chagen.  It's a racing game for the PS2, in the style of F-Zero or Wipeout.  It's a terrible game, but it has the best track editor I've seen in any game ever.  Plus it's probably like $5 so it's not a huge waste of money.
