The fact that I can see a depressing ammount of truth in this imege really makesme lose even more faith in humanity. Not sure how much I have left at this point b ut this and what it illustrates is just horrible.

I clicked in the expectation of something horrible like mutilation or dead children, I wouldn't say it is horrible. More an image about the futility of life with not a great understanding of how stuff works.

The JPEG artifacts in that image are extremely upsetting.  It's like, has that person never heard of .PNG?  Or... .JPEG saved at a higher quality even?

Then again, I probably only think that because I'm politically centrist and thus enjoy seeing EVERY leaning suffer mockery.

It means having absolutely nothing to do with stupidity, and yet I'm unable to get anything done.

The best description that I can think of: I'm basically Golden Mean Fallacy incarnate. If I introspect just about any of my views, they amount to "on the fence" or "kinda sorta maybe".

I don't have any identification with any particular political group, which I feel is something that limits people a great deal. For example, a conservative might feel like they are betraying their comrades by supporting gay marriage, or a liberal might feel like they are betraying their comrades by being pro-guns.

Various views:

• Homosexuality may or may not be a sin, according to biblical principals, and thus I can't exactly condone it; however, people's orientation is none of my business and even if it were a sin it wouldn't be any reason to look down on homosexuals or treat them differently. Hence, I don't recommend it being pursued, but won't go out of my way to stop you either.
• Abortions would ideally only be allowed if a person's health is at risk and perhaps if they were raped, however actually banning it is of iffy use, because doing so results in *more* abortions, and then add to that all the botched ones that kill the mothers...
• Guns should be mostly legal, as in a similar manner to the problem of banning abortion, banning guns would accomplish little. In a country like Japan, their borders are small enough and lands policed enough to ensure that guns are UNcommon. We don't have that luxury in America. And even if we did, we shouldn't take away something people enjoy in recreation. That said, laws should be in place to keep things as safe as possible, and certain guns should not be sold. NO, you do not need a 30 caliber  machine gun to defend your house. A hand gun or rifle will do just fine.
• The economy needs a balance of methods in order to maintain its health, hence taking any system to its conclusion would be folly. Further, the government should not have more power than the voters can control effectively, and likewise, should not have less power either. I tend to be against anyone who tries to tip the scale.

Those are just off the top of my head.

actually pretty good socially i'm pure left fiscally i'm starting to gravitate closer to the center tetering between left and right. I find great potential in both Anarcho-capitalism and Anarcho-syndicalism
