    You can't find it anywhere because it hasn't been released yet.  So far, it's only been shown in theaters and at film festivals and such.

    The DVD and Blu-Ray release in Japan is on August 10, so you should start seeing rips of it pretty much immediately after that, though it might take a little longer to get subbed.

    I would normally love this kind of movie but I think the racing is too crazy and surreal.

    There was a similar designed one.  Shorter though.  Tailenders.  It's got a T-rex in rollerskates as one of the racers.
