    And here I was starting to think that I was gonna have to unmask myself and reveal that I did it, and I woulda gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddlin' kids!

    ^ Okay, I'll agree Scooby's writing has huge flaws (particularly that the writers kept approaching it as if it was a radio show and not a cartoon). Even so, a lot of the humor stands up, and some of the mysteries are genuinely engaging, even if they make no effing sense whatsoever--though to be honest, the WTF factor is part of the saga's appeal (personally I'm wondering how the kids didn't get busted for both theft and breaking and entering in "The Backstage Rage").
